International Center- Twinning Educational Program in Engineering Recognized BTEC Center by Edexcel International, London, UK

University of Wolverhampton, UK

 
The international center (ic) was established in CBIT during the academic year 2002-2003. The ic-CBIT signed a tripartite agreement with Dudley College, Dudley, UK and with the University of Wolverhampton, UK.

An MOU was signed by the international in-charge of Dudley College, the Principal of CBIT and the Vice Chancellor of Wolver of The Wolverhampton University stating that special courses such as Engineering Undergraduate Programs, B.Engg (Hons) in Electronics and Telecommunications and B.Sc (Computing), will be conducted in the college.

The total duration of the course is seven semesters, which is to be completed in 3 years. After successful completion of two years course at ic-CBIT, the students can proceed to Wolverhampton University, UK after obtaining the unconditional admission letter from the University for completing the final year, which is of 3 semesters.

The students are eligible for the jobs offered trough their campus interviews or otherwise they can pursue further higher studies at Wolverhampton University or any other University in U.K.

A team of experts from Dudley College and University of Wolverhampton visits ic-CBIT periodically during each semester to evaluate the infrastructure at the center and to evaluate the students’ performance.

ic-CBIT has also gained recognition from Edexcel International, UK.The first batch students of ic-CBIT are already pursuing their final year at Wolverhampton University, U.K
