Student Body: The First Team (2001-02)


Chaitanya Smruti, a move to bring together the alumni of the Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology, has been exemplary in achieving its objective. This alumni association, has already fetched a reputation for itself by organizing the Alumni Fest, 'Carpe Diem', in March, 2002, where the popular band Euphoria, was bought down to Hyderabad, exclusively for the CBIT crowd. This niche was created with the efforts of the core members of its 'Student Committee', formed in July 2001, which stands proof to the zest and the spirit of the alumni association. The core members of student committee have taken the responsibility of channelising the efforts of Chaitanya Smruti and 'CBITworld'. The members of the student committee, behind this endeavor, happen to be. 
 

Aditya Vuchi, the founder president of the Students Committee, has been the driving force and the support system of the foundation of the Student Committee, which is the very first of its kind in the history of the alumni association. This ace tennis player and engineer, has crafted the entire design and layout of the CBITworld. Aditya, a student of Mechanical Engineering stands tall behind creating the technical part of the CBITworld. His enterprise and organizational skills in establishing this committee, which came into existence with the idea of rendering the best to alumni association, cannot go inconspicuous.

 

Neelima Marupuru, a student of Computer Sciences, has whipped in her PR skills into this venture. As the technical coordinator, her work has been unruffled and balanced. She has added the zest required by a student organization. Her PR skills have made it viable for the association to run smoothly, as they have helped in bridging possible gap between the alumni association and the committee.

 

Suhasini Narasimhadevara, a student of Mechanical Engineering, has involved herself in producing the content for the CBITworld. With extensive knowledge and an astounding style, she has contributed to the making of the CBITworld through her articles and content. With bubbly ideas, she has made each piece of work youthful, appealing and exceptional. 

 

Ravikiran Katnam has done a remarkable job in capturing attention of the city during the magnum opus of Chaitanya Smruti, 'Carpe Diem'. For any organization big or small, publicity is the backbone to thrive. The marketing and advertising head of the student committee,  This badminton player, and technical engineer who has proven his worth at the state level championships, has handled well the online-technical paraphernalia of the CBITworld.

 

Ranjit Kumar L, the Secretary of the student committee has indeed worked utmost in shaping the organization. His skills range from organizing events to managing people. This go-getter being a student of Mechanical engineering, has made it possible for the student committee, to do its best, as perfection is all that is on his mind.
